My experience with this practice in 2024 was a waste of my money and time. The appointments seemed designed to minimize the direct time for me to spend face to face with the doctor (Dr. Yena Do). I found Dr. Do to be kind, compassionate, and well-informed about my foot care issue. I was processed quickly and seen directly by Dr. Do, who made a prompt diagnosis. Since my condition was not recent enough to require intervention and was not painful, no further treatment was necessary. I, however, would highly recommend Dr. Do and her team.

I went to Dr. Do for a second opinion for surgery. I was provided with a boot and, similar to other patients, slammed with a $300+ bill later on for a boot that can be purchased on Amazon for $50. I was not provided the option to purchase the boot elsewhere and the potential cost of the boot was not made apparent. I agree with Ed T; DO NOT accept medical equipment from the office until the cost is transparent. Furthermore, I found the visit to be impersonal and hurried.

I highly recommend Dr. Yena Do and her staff. She is an excellent doctor who treats you as a real person and not a number. I always leave her office with happy feet.
