Very very rude ! Radisha (however you spell her name)Jackson, MS she very rude , don't listen to the concerns of customers, aggressive and loud. I informed her of my situation with having to file bankruptcy. I was told by my lawyer to have MS title cash to call them and speak with them about anything that has to do with my account. She goes to tell me that she cant call them I said fine I will have them call you. She then states no their going have to call the corporate office. I would never recommend this place to borrow money from. I sent up a loan for three payments - when they didn't take the first payment I called them and they said it was a mistake on their part and changed the dates. I made the three payments and then they charged me an extra $207.00 because the payments were late - when it was their fault and then tried to tell me it was my fault because I told them not to take the money out. They are also know as Cash Cow Corporation in Las Vegas, NV.
DO NOT do business with this company unless they agree to supply you A WRITTEN RECEIPT for each payment showing the amount of payment WITH...... the account balance for that date!!! This company "Gets Cute" during payoff procedures!!
