This location in ********* are deceitful rude individuals and I would never recommend doing any type of business with them.
If I could leave no stars I would. The Cash Cow brick and mortar building in Andalusia Alabama is terrible. There is one woman working who apparently takes an hour to do one loan. We arrived at 2:05pm on Saturday after driving from Florida to sit there and watch the lady take her time with the folks that were there when we arrived. It was very clean and very professional. I wish I couldve gotten more for my title loan but it was a fair price, considering.
******** Title Loan did not contact me to notify me that they were going out of business and I am unable to find out what I need to do to get the title to my vehicle back. When I look up my account on their website it states that I have no active accounts with them. It would've been nice to be able to talk to an actual person rather than submit my question to them via email or to leave a voicemail.
On two occasions they resigned my loan documents electronically continuing to withdrawal money from bank account I have contacted attorney general and filed police report for fraud
I went to Fast Auto Loans for a loan. I payed on this loan for three years and the total didn't ever go down. I called them and told them that I wanted to pay off my loan so they got me a total payoff amount. I payed it with my debit card and got a receipt from them that said ... "PAID IN FULL". They said that I would receive my title in 5-7 days, I Never received it and it has been almost 2 years. They are now saying that I owe 500 dollars more! They Are Crooks!

I have nothing but good things to say, about Fast Auto Loan located at 531 W. Ajo Way Tucson, Az. 85713. The staff is professional and friendly. I am grateful that they can help me out, when I am in a pinch! Mari and Victoria were very kind, as well as efficient. I have been there several times throughout the years, and would not hesitate to go back.
This place mistakenly emailed me somebody else's loan documents. I do not have a loan with this people, but it deeply concerns me but they didn't verify the email address that they were sending this to because it has their personal information all over it including personal home addresses phone numbers and Social Security numbers. This is a huge violation of privacy and could result in an individual having their identity stolen. I would warn anyone of doing business with this kind of company.
Do not do business with this company. They set your payment schedule and even though you make payments per the schedule they still tell you that you missed a payment and want more money. They have told me the only way to fix the payment schedule (their fault, not mine) is to sign a new contract which will start my payments all over. They do not calculate the interest rate correctly and do not apply the correct amount to the principle of the loan; thereby your remaining balance remains higher than it should be and they make m... read more
