I had to bring my young daughter here for a hearing test due to her failing a hearing test at school. Dr. Jacques was great with her and very appropriate for handling a young child. They have made communication between their office and the school and other doctors very easy. We have a lot of follow up nessary and she was very good about explaining everything in detail to a VERY nervous mother and child. I highly recomend them to anyone with a child that needs evaluation and treatment.
New England Audiology is the best most welcoming professional practice we have ever visited. Dr. Jacques and David are the best !!!! Dr. Jacques is patient, understanding and explains everything and is awesome with the children. While we were visiting our daughter lost a sneaker and David took the time to go look for it in the parking lot. Thank you David and Dr. Jacques!!!
