Had a great experience at New England airgun, John was extremely helpful, this was my first pcp and he took the time to answer all my questions and went over everything, cant recommend enough. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great place to get everything you need for a air gunner. Great products. Great people working there who knows how to help consumers find their needs. Consumer service is outstanding. Friendly people. Friendly atmosphere.. recommend too anyone looking in starting air gunning. Five stars I give.
Horrible service and waste of time commuting to not be able to use the range and get my gun set up. Service could be better
Poor service. Worst Airgun store in New England. The employees seem miserable and very rude to customers.
Terrible service on 10/8/25. The store was not busy and employees are rude did not want to help first time customers. There’s better airgun places in New England, this is by far the worst and such a waste of a commute
