Today I called NE Air in search for a HVAC mechanic. A local bank suggested them since they had always been pleased with NE Airs work. We will continue to be a customer of theirs from now on. Francis answered the phone within 1 ring and treated me as though I was an existing customer. He was so helpful and scheduled a technician to be here within a couple of hours.
