I've had wonderful experience with Helen. She is incredibly skilled and very well educated in her field. She is calm and thorough, a great listener, and can really pinpoint issues that need attention. I have a chronic illness that was exacerbated after being vaccinated, and her treatments have helped with all of the symptoms. Very grateful for this experience.

Practitioner is extremely professional, compassionate and skilled. In only one treatment, my back pain from a herniated disc was reduced so greatly that now I feel 85% better. Fair pricing and efficient staff. Parking is tricky.

I went to New England Acupuncture in Northborough, MA for the last 5 months. I found very little improvement for my situation. On my last visit, the person doing my acupuncture was using some sort of cupping and heat and she burned my back. Now I have a second degree burn. I called the office to cancel my next appointment and told them what happened -- they didn't even apologize! I will definitely not be going back there. So disappointing and so much money spent on nothing.
