I highly recommend New Energy Solutions! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Tim was extremely professional and helpful making my appointment with Buddy for a yearly service on my homes boiler system. I recently used this company to have a new heater installed. Very impressed with the quality of service. They were great. We have since used them for oil burner cleaning at our office and other employees' home. Thanks for the great service Tim, Tanner and others.
Tim came out on a Sunday to try to locate a dead baby bunny brought in by my cat 6 days prior, he didn’t have a long enough scope so he sent Buddy out on Monday who was successful on locating the decomposed bunny ( which was not pleasant for him), I’m so grateful for such fantastic service and will call New Energy Solutions for all my heating and air conditioning services. Will keep it simple. Called HORIZON- told me whole system needs to be replaced. Got estimate $ 6000.. I said wow... Called New Energy Solutions: 1 part replacment needed.. costs me 300 $ approx and system is working in perfect condition. They have knowledge, skills and they know what they are exactly doing.
