I've always had a good experience here, however, I made an appointment today for 10:30. When I walked in they said I didn't have one...I said I have the confirmation which I showed the lady. She said the "boss" is off today and didn't rely the information over that I should call next time instead of making my appointment online. How about not offering online bookings if this is a problem. They asked if I could come back later...nope, I drove 30 minutes here. Last week I came in for a normal manicure and honestly it was awful. The girl doing my nails did not wait for the polish to dry in between putting on coats sooooo my nails never fully "set". I don't know if she did too many coats, or if the coats were too thick, but basically the top coat was dry but everything underneath it never set. So basically my entire manicure was ruined by the end of the day (I could literally use my finger and gently push it off and it was coming right off my nail). My husband and I got spa pedicures today they were the best pedicures we have ever had Anna was his technician. We will definitely return.

I’m not one to give reviews but . I spent 115$ on a new gel set. Which first off is insane to charge! When the site says 80$ At that price I’d expect them to last longer than a week n a half. Nails started lifting and popping off after a week. The nail tech seemed more concerned what everyone else was doing in the salon. So much that she sliced the side of my pinky finger and I was bleeding while she was finishing them. I Was looking forward to a place closer to home but will be traveling to my original tech 45mins .
