It is so quick and easy. The guy explained everything.
Technician was excellent.
Everything went good.
Sold my friend a new watersoftner and she has only had trouble with it. Never wants to come fix it. Her electricity was off and it was still running, ran for 3 days she called they told her to shut it off, she did its still running. They can't come out because they have no electricity in their office! What! She said I have electricity can't he come fix it Girl just repeated we have no electricity in the office. My friend just bought this for $3,000.00. She had called Sommers and going to get a new one. This is just wrong!
