I had my first visit with them and it was wonderful. I am not a fan of dentists but the office staff is very welcoming and the hygienist I had, Aleesa, was professional and friendly. She explained everything she was doing and why, which was reassuring. Once she completed her work with me the dentist, Dr. Lindahl, came in and was extremely friendly and understanding with the issues I had, which were quite a few, but he took his time, explained things in detail and gave me options. Prompt and very nice people and staff. Made me feel welcome and calmed my nerves by just explaining everything in detail. I highly recommend Troy Family Dental to everyone.
As a new client, my first visit confirmed that I made a good choice. Hygienist (Holly) was professional and competent. Dr. Lindahl was personable and easy to talk to.
This is the best dentist by far. I travel at least 40 minutes just to have my teeth cleaned. I have had extensive work done and he is the best. My hygienist(Rebecca) is the greatest. She almost makes going to the dentist a pleasure. I would highly recommend this office
