I give high marks to my counselor S Abraham. I do have a concern with the admin staff. Twice I’ve called and left messages and received no call back. Today I find out that my appointment for today (which was booked six weeks ago) was in their old system but not transferred to their new system. Even though the first appointment could still be seen by the admin—since it wasn’t transferred over- well too bad for me. Next appointment not available for five more weeks.
