My husband was at this bar and they fed him drinks all night!!! He was soo falling down drunk when he got home. They do not look after there customers. Yes HIS STUPID ASS got behind the wheel i believe this could have been prevented . HE COULD HAVE FUCKING KILLED SOMEONE. NEVER ONE ASKED IF HE HAD A WAY HOME. NOT A PLACE TO BE ITS A PLACE FOR LOCAL DRUNKS.
Great time @ New Direction! Thank you to the band's for sharing extraordinary performances, the waitresses and bartenders for excellent service even when pulled in 10 directions, delicious dinner served hot from the kitchen, and for friendly & considerate patrons!! The benefit, itself, and My Pet Octopus brought us in....but all the local talent was simply amazing!! If you missed this benefit held for a wonderful cause, you missed an amazing day that made Louisville proud!! RIP Sanders brothers....you'll be greatly missed.
This place is TOP notch! Staff, food, drinks... EVERYTHING! Highly recommend bringing the PARTY to #NewDirectionBarAndGrill!!!!!

There is so much I could say, but I'll just leave it at this, it's starts with the owner...Very dishonest, money hungry and awful to talk to.
I would never recommend this bar to anyone!! Every time we left our table to dance they would take our drinks off the table..rather our drinks were full or half empty. Took money off the table even after we told them it was not a tip and took a full pack of cigarettes off the table! Very dishonest business. When we went to talk to the owner he got smart with us and threw my husband out for questioning him about it. By the way...he was the DD so he had nothing to drink and was completely sober. I hope your business fails.
