overall we do like the house. It took almost 2 years to complete and blaming the county only gets you so far as we have friends who completed their custom build in Arlington in 11 months. I've had the best experience with NDI, twice! We first built our home with NDI in 2018, and incredibly, they ended up giving us the keys to our newly built house 3 weeks before the original deadline they had given us. Unheard of! The second time we built with them was my parents' home 3 years ago. The pandemic complicated the supplies a bit, but NDI pushed through and my parents couldn't be happier with the result.
