This place is a rip off and will charge you random fees they make up. The property "managers" never return calls and have no communication with the office. trash, Trash, TRASH.

I usually dont wright reviews but I want to help people from making the same mistake I did. They don't do any repairs. They charge you for items that was broken before you moved in. I left the home in much better condition then I recieved it. When I moved in there was trash left in the house, after the sorry cleaning service supposedly cleaned. The house smelled like pet urine. They had the carpet cleaned the day I moved in. The carpets was already filthy but once the movers walked on the wet carpet it was a horrible. Everyt... read more

New Dimensions is the worst property management in the northern Nevada area. Even after paying rent on time and maintaining the property we have received nothing but disrespect from this company. Do not do business with them.

Horrible Company. Rude people in the office. When they need to fix things, they never fix it or find shortcuts for repairs to save money. We kept the property in great shape. Got carpet and everything cleaned, fixed everything they asked for but they still keep finding new problems. They intentionally break things and say we did it. Haven't seen any deposit back.
