RUN!! DO NOT USE THIS AUTOBODY! I was in an accident and Desmond from New Design worked on my vehicle. I spoke with him the day before pick up and he stated my vehicle was ready. Upon arrival Desmond shows me what repairs were made to the vehicle then starts to tell me there is an issue with the left turning signal and that it was preexsiting damage. New Design Auto Body did an amazing job with my repair! I had a tree branch fall on my car and I’m from out of town and I was able to get the car in the shop the following business day. Communication was so easy, not only through the phone with updates but also the automated messages. Desmond was great with updating me about my car and Wayne was helpful and informative when I picked it up! I’m occasionally in the area, but definitely wil come here whenever I can for car needs because my car looks good as new!
