Communication is excellent and they always take the time needed to listen to your concerns and questions. The shop also communicates with the car rental and insurance company as needed so you have less to do when waiting for your car to be fixed.
Just got my Lexus repaired and I’m super happy with how everything turned out. They did a great job on the repair—everything looks clean, the paint matches perfectly, and you honestly can’t even tell there was damage. The whole process was smooth. Everyone was friendly, kept me in the loop, and made things easy. They finished the work when they said they would, and my car looks brand new again. Definitely recommend them if you need body work done. They took great care of my car, and I really appreciate it!
