I’ve been coming to this dental office for many years. Rosa and Stacy in the front make scheduling/rescheduling so easy, they’re very welcoming. Lourdes, Michelle are very gentle, reassuring and Dr.Dang is very knowledgeable and honestly the best dentist I have ever been to. Would highly recommend if you’re searching for a new dentist.
Came in recently to get my lower molar crown replacement (#18). First time having my tooth being scanned into a digital monitor and having that scan being sent to a lab for fabrication. I definitely enjoy not having to deal with the "goo-ey" material that always cause me to gag. Pretty nice front staff and the doctor was easy to talk and joke with. I felt like all my questions/concerns were answered. I will continue my dental care here as my next appointment will be a full mouth exam!
Came in and was told I needed a deep cleaning, and replacement of all my crowns. I am no spring chicken, so I asked what was the reason for needing new crowns. She just stated they were old, I asked why I needed a deep cleaning and no one could tell me. I received a notice from my insurance that stated they needed more info to process the claim and they said I needed to do it. I just do not feel comfortable there. I was a new patient who went in for a toothache. These people took full X-rays, then told me I had 4 cavities, a possible root canal, and need for deep cleaning, which would have cost over $3k. I was stressed out trying to figure out how to best take care of this. Ended up getting a second opinion - partial X-rays and a basic cleaning took care of the issue and were fully covered by my basic insurance. The staff are very personable and friendly. Dr. Dang is also very flexible and understanding. The staff makes you feel like you're one of the family and the place is very clean. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
