We had a great time at this dealership! Usually, we stay away from them. They were able to beat our auto rate and make sure we were happy with our payment amount before finalizing. I will say that if you do finance through them, expect to be there a while. (I have read the same thing on other comments on here as well). We did drive off the lot and had an issue with the battery. They came jumped it and replaced the battery that day in 10 mins. People can put on a fake front, however, if this place is they are very good actors... read more
Pushy and shady tactics. Advised Salesman we needed a truck – we looked at no cars on their lot but one pickup. My friend fell in love with the pickup so the salesman stated he would run our numbers. This was a Saturday, so he came back out to us and said he had to wait until Monday for an approval. He called Monday night stating we were approved. I just purchased my dream vehicle from these guys, Josh was one of the best sellsman I have ever worked with, he didn't pressure me at all was very polite, I will definitely recommend them as a great place to buy a vehicle!!! I had a pleasant and fun experience purchasing my next vehicle from here. Wade and Jacob were both very helpful, patient and kind throughout the process. They answered all of my questions and seemed to be very upfront and honest. I love my new car and they have assisted me any time I have needed anything thus far. I would definitely recommend going here for your next vehicle. I may never look at “Rolling Rock” beer the same (HAHA!) but I feel confident that I made a great purchase from good people haha.
