Buyer beware! Although the price looks good on paper, the service and the companies he represents are awful. I ordered my building on 6/25/2021 and installers did not show up until 12/9/21!! When they did show up, they only completed 70% of my building, claiming the truck was not loaded with the correct materials. Could not get ahold of anybody to rectify the situation for weeks and heard nothing back from Ross. The installers finally came back to complete the work on 1/31/22 WITH THE WRONG MATERIALS! Ross has the best deals in the area on metal buildings. His crew will assemble your building in a matter of hours in a way that it looks like a machine assembled. On assembly day the crew was on time, prepared and ready to work! Highly recommend.
