Great customer service! Months after my purchase with them they continue to make sure I'm happy with my furniture. I was concerned about a minor flaw on one of my couches and they scheduled a technician to come out. They technician arrived as scheduled as was able to fix and adjust that right on the spot! Reassured it was a slight imperfection and if i had any other issues and was unhappy they'd be glad to switch out to another brand new set of sofas. The technician was very professional and efficient.
