they do no good at all, totally inept and crowded, they employ brand new quickie degree graduates who know nothing, they have fat out of shape therapists who just gossip and eat or over dressed spike high heeled workers (in a gym, really?) and the room is tiny, like a closet with no room for all the poor uniformed people they crowd in there for big bucks and no service. The equipment is non existent.. this place is all about minimal service for big money. not worth the online acme school degrees the staff has. stay away

My experience with New Day Wellness has been very positive and I have utmost confidence in the staff. My experience began with a 4 session class on fall prevention which was quite informative. As a result, I began taking Tai Chi for balance / arthritis. My balance and strength improved significantly, as well as my gait. I also got laser treatments which stopped the tendonitis pain in my knees which I have experienced for years. I recommend New Day Wellness highly.
