I have mixed feelings about New Day. While most of the staff was great, passing of meds was horrible. I went two days without getting my blood pressure medication. I was told it fell off my mar. Whatever that means? It was a constant issue. Also on my discharge day they could not find my backpack that I brought my things in. I had an uber waiting. So they told me to go so I didn't miss my ride. I've called to see if they ended up finding it or if they plan to reimburse me? Personal property must not be a priority. I haven't ... read more

The only reason this ghetto place ia getting a 1 star is because of 2 staff members...Kerri is an angel! My wedding ring was stolen and a CC by staff. They had no pictures of my jewelry (which I held up from my bag) said I had 1 credit card when I pulled 4 out in front of them. Male staff barges into tour room without announcing, and they got full and put men on the womans side. I tried to leave against medical advice and they told me they would call the police and have me arrested. I said fine and they still held me against... read more

My brother has been here for almost a month.....I understand not being able to speak with him during Detox, but there has been ZERO communication from him, which is HIGHLY unusual....and he was moved to residential weeks ago. When I call to get updates on him, no one calls me back...I get routed to voicemails, I listen to bad hold music, but NO ONE can tell me what is going on with my brother.
