Wanted to check out a rental of theirs, contacted them days prior. Person on the phone says to text them the day of an hour prior to viewing because they get a lot of no shows, so I did, got confirmation back on the address. To my surprise, I waited there for a half hour after the agreed time and no one showed and no communication from them. Terrible service, will never be checking out their rentals again.

New Day has managed our rental properties for a few years now. They're always responsive, organized, and professional. Would recommend their services to other landlords.
Bad people to deal with. Forked tongues. Stole my application money and time after telling me I was good to go and everything was cleared, then I "wasn't qualified" after a week of lost time and resources keeping on top of them. They prey on people and cherry pick what information they send to the "owners". Can guarantee that most of the time they don't, or skimp on what's sent to make you look "unqualified" or "under qualified". I bet they're careless with handling sensitive customer information.
