Let me just say that Dr Valerie is awesome! I remember when I needed a doctor asap and that took my insurance and Dr Valerie squeezed me in to see me as a new patient she is awesome and Tiffany who works in the front is so professional and so helpful! Let me just say this office is great the staff is great and the doctor is great! I never ever had a problem here and the appointments are so convenient! They all get 5 Stars from me for being so fantastic.
5 star review for Heather Craig, I would give a negative 10 for the girl at the front desk though. My significant other got to the appointment a few minutes late due to severe medical issues, we called ahead to let them know of the issue. They proceeded to let us know it would be no issue at all. Once we arrived we still had time left to be part of our appointment, but they went ahead and skipped ahead, no problem at all, we understand.
