We moved to Cookeville 3 years ago and have been with New Day since we came here! We could not have picked a better place to live or better people to work with renting our apartment! If there is ever an issue they are on top of things, and they always let us know as soon as they know if something is happening! Every one of them are SO kind whenever we come into the office. We are so blessed to have had them throughout our time in Cookeville!
I rent a townhouse from this property company and have been well taken care of The place was clean upon move in and is checked regularly for any repairs. Maintenance has always been prompt and communicated so well!
