Had an appointment for 2 months to see the doctor. The day before my appointment I get a call telling me I need NOTES?? First off, what notes? I have a PPO I can pick the doctor or specialist I want to see. She said no, I need NOTES that explain what's wrong with you. Well, shouldn't you contact my current pain management doctor about that? So they wanted me to try and get all this stuff done in a few hours time.
