I hate leaving one star cause the front desk ladies at New Day are very professional but and very helpful they went above and beyond for me with what I need the reason for the one star is against Cynthia Salazar a very unprofessional LMFT therapist it was very difficult to get stuff done once it was done once again it was hard to get ahold of her once I did she got it done now my attorney tried for a whole month to talk to her and she finally responded with lies in her email and said she gave me the test that is a lie and I ... read more

The teacher of my soon-to-be ex husband did a very good at teaching. He got worst. Teacher feeding the ego of his class making them believe they are the real victim. Domestic Violence is not a joke. But Jose Flores Class is a big JOKE! I Plus, he is always sick (Monday class 7pm-9pm). I never see a teacher who always absent on same day, Monday. Something smells fishy.

It's a very chaotic agency. No one notified me when the appointment was cancelled. The most ridiculous thing is that the counselor they booked for me had already left and no longer worked here. Why did they book me twice with a counselor who had already left? Such a chaotic agency can only be rated bad
