RecommendedI love this place. I was never one to want to talk to someone, especially a therapist, but it doesn't feel that way here, it is an inviting comforting place.
I recommend Jana because she is very helpful with my personal problems. Also Dr. Ben seigler is very generous and helpful also
Wonderful staff always very inviting. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Would recommend to anyone needing to seek counseling. Carla has helped me and my family get through a lot of our issues. She’s always around if you need her or have an emergency. Love this place and the people there.

Dr. Ben Seigler and the staff at New Day are amazing. Truly loving, supportive, compassionate, caring, and gifted at their jobs. They helped our family SO much. We are better individually and as a family as a result of our therapy sessions. We went from a state of crisis and stress, to peacefulness and healing. I can’t say enough about how awesome this office is!
Steve helped me with my marriage,my kids, anxiety, and myself.. Changed my life so much. Couldn't of even prayed for a better person or therapist. More then just a therapist, I believe he was a friend. He is and was an amazing person.
