They overcharged me twice, and fortunately I know how to check that and got it refunded. Make sure you check your EOB’s(explanation of benefits) when they charge you or receive a bill from them. It should match your EOB’s.

Strange place. Went there once to get work done they said they'd call me back to schedule appointments they never did I called them and my call was forwarded to a different dentist office. Strangest experience ever.

Absolutely the worst customer service around. Just got chewed out by the receptionist for their mistake. This isn’t my first issue with them. There is always a new dentist. They also have messed up on multiple crowns saying “ya that guy was bad.” I spent a lot of money here by doing a Invisalign. Just like the other reviewer said- they are as bad as a used car salesman. I wanted to leave years ago but this is it I’m done.

The staff at New Day Dental never cease to amaze me with their kindness and compassion, even when they are having a busy or rough day. This is the first dentist where I have felt safe and listened to when I voiced concerns or had a trauma response to care. They go at the pace *you* need, not at the pace they want.
