I'd recommend this place to anyone needing an extremely good dentist. The Dr and his team are amazing. I'm guessing his philosophy is whatever it takes. And their bedside manners are well above the call of duty.
Anybody who knows me ,knows I hate to go to the dentist or any medical professional at all.That being said I have been using Dr.Rainieri as my dentist since he came to Berkeley Springs ,I would not think of going anywhere else he is very professional and straight forward .I believe he really cares about his patients and there dental needs .I have had some fillings fall out that I had put in when I was a teenager ,which was some time age .I don't know how he does it but I would put the pain level in getting a new filling at a... read more
Was rude to wife and daughter and tried to hold my medical records hostage for money. After pointing out it was illegal they agreed to follow the law. Hung up on me also after I pointed it out.
Love this dentist!!! Had a crown completed and he talks you through the process. Quick and painless. Accepts my insurance so prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!!!!
Not satisfied whatsoever. Had a root canal done years ago, he started the procedure before I was even numb. Pain was horrible. Tooth ended up chipping before the cap was able to be put on.. Several years later, a decaying *root canal* has surfaced. The receptionists were nice but thats about it. Do not recommend this practice.
