We asked for carpet cleaning in three rooms—two bedrooms and a living room. Robert started in the bedrooms, treated the dirt, used a scrubber on the pet stains, and finished everything with a steam clean. He was very careful and professional with the work. Wyatt and Robert came out to clean our carpets in San Francisco and did an amazing job! They showed up right on time, were very friendly, and explained exactly what they were going to do and how much it would cost. They removed stains that had been in our carpets for years! Do not use this carpet cleaner. I booked an appointment and when they came, the tech had an attitude and left my carpet, soaking wet where I was worried there was it was going to damage the floor underneath. I could lay a towel on top of the carpet and then wring it out. That’s how much water was left after the service.
