El doctor franco es excelente médico me ayuda mucho con el progreso de mi hijo
Wonderful staff and my son is getting the help he needs. Great environment
My child was seen there and the Child Psychologist and unfortunately he never has availability. He is overbooked which causes a big delay in services and the worse is that my child got used to him, but I had to change providers since he has too many patients.
I took in my completed paperwork & got an appointment scheduled that day with the Psychologist. We had our first appointment today with Dr Franco and he was wonderful. The office staff has always been friendly and informative. I look forward to our next appointment.
I called to reshedule my daughter's appointment 24 hrs before the actual appointment. I get a call from the Therapist Ms Edwards and I asked How are you doing? She replied she was not happy (rudely) because my daughter had a no show for her appointment. I have the call log where I called at 11:28 to reschedule the day before her appointment. But the fact of the matter is that she was rude. I told her I would be crazy to let my daughter see a therapist that help children with behaviors that can't even control her own.
