Vera Finkel is very rude and has a disgusting attitude and behaviour. Had a walk-in with her and she was nothing but disrespectful and useless. She doesn't know how to talk to patients and shouldn't ruin the reputation of New Dawn Medical. There is another practitioner there (Emelia Akoto) she was very kind, listened respectfully and communicated in a great manner. Went in for a simple test. They tell me, “we only do that for cardiology referrals”. On their desk it’s written, “if you don’t have a referral, see a receptionist”. Yeah, or don’t. Waste of time.
