"new dawn" is not an addiction clinic. a laptop on a pharmacy consultation room is not a clinic. this thing is colluding with conflict of interest with pharmacies to provide room and manpower as kickback for prescriptions. the pharmacist is your clinic worker and the person that dips the urine sample!
