I’m a professional fighter, crossfit coach and adventurer. Heather has saved me multiple times from injury’s. One time I hurt my back so bad I couldn’t walk. She eased everything, saving me weeks of recovery. My neck got pinched from Jui-Jitsu and wouldn’t allow me to look left. She got my neck to ease up and I was allowed to get back to training.
