A female passenger in a New Dawn Energy Solutions van waved her middle finger at me. I was approaching a stop sign- The van she was in was on the opposite side. I guess she thought I was gonna go before her!! Note to her: When you’re driving in a company vehicle, remember to be polite, courteous and professional on the road!! What until you’re in your private vehicle before you flick the bird!!
I had the strangest interaction with the salesperson from this company. They gave me a proposal and I chose the top offer but asked for some changes. The salesperson said he'd call me the next day to review a proposal and then never called. When I emailed to follow up, he gave me an excuse that he was with another client, which is a poor way for a salesperson to make a customer feel valued or build rapport. Solar panels installed on our Uxbridge Ontario roof by New Dawn. During the first winter heavy snow/ice shed on Jan 2025, destroying our $3,500 pergola (requiring replacement) and endangering our kids and ourselves who walk beneath the panels daily. I contracted New Dawn to assist me with the installation of Solar System and backup batteries in 2023 and have been extremely satisfied thus far. From the initial contact to their after installation service, they have exceeded my expectation. They took care of everything, including design, permit, installation and everything was completed diligently and on time. Had a great experience working with Nani and his team with a microinverter system with 19 panels and a 10kw battery storage system. They were extremely attentive to detail, were excellent communicators, and completed the work on schedule and budget. If you are looking for a very knowledgeable contractor then I would highly recommend you consider them!
