I had the most wonderful first acupuncture experience while pregnant. I was a little nervous going in, but I felt completely comfortable and cared for the entire time. The environment was calm and soothing, and Dr. Shelby was so gentle and knowledgeable about pregnancy. I was so relaxed during the session that I actually took a little nap! I left feeling refreshed, balanced, and so much more at ease. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!
