I love this office. My mother was under the care of Amy Ratke for the last few years. She passed away recently, but I'll never forget the wonderful care she got from Amy. Mom was dealing with a serious and fragile condition, and Amy went above and beyond finding solutions and always giving Mom hope and comfort. All of the staff is wonderful A+++++
Dr Thomas is a very good doctor. He has had a great clinic for many years, I have been going since 2014. Denna and the medical assistant is wonderful as well. However, the new secretaries have been horrendous! They won't do reminder calls for appointments scheduled 6 months in advance. When I call, I can NEVER get through to anyone or receive any calls back. It was because of the secretary why I will no longer receive care from here. You have been great Dr. Thomas, take care.
I had been a patient of Dr. Thomas for years, then Amy Radke when she came. I'd seen office staff come and go. I would give 5 stars until about 3 months ago. I have seen a decline in notifying me of charges insurance didn't pay, an incident of confidentiality of another patient of news I should not have heard and poor response to a medical crisis I was having with my kidneys by office staff who lied to me, then turned to Dr. Thomas and had me kicked out of the practice. Outstanding medical practice. Small and responsive, where yiu are treated like a person not just a number. Dr Thomas and Amy are wonder, careing medical professionals that take great care of their patients. Staff is friendly and helpful and they are great group to have as a primary care physician.
My son has been seeing Dr Thomas and Amy, PA for many years. They and their entire staff are extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend them!!
