I had been a patient of Dr. Thomas for years, then Amy Radke when she came. I'd seen office staff come and go. I would give 5 stars until about 3 months ago. I have seen a decline in notifying me of charges insurance didn't pay, an incident of confidentiality of another patient of news I should not have heard and poor response to a medical crisis I was having with my kidneys by office staff who lied to me, then turned to Dr. Thomas and had me kicked out of the practice. Outstanding medical practice. Small and responsive, where yiu are treated like a person not just a number. Dr Thomas and Amy are wonder, careing medical professionals that take great care of their patients. Staff is friendly and helpful and they are great group to have as a primary care physician.
My son has been seeing Dr Thomas and Amy, PA for many years. They and their entire staff are extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend them!!
I’m going to Dr. Thomas since I was 16, I am now 22, so I’ve been a patient there for six years. I really appreciate Dr. Thomas, I feel like he really listened to me and understand where I’m coming from, he’s very knowledgeable about medicine, and very empathetic and caring when it comes to your care.
