We have had a great experience at New Creations-Waukee. Our boys have been through about every age level room and have loved all the teachers. We have felt safe and comfortable from day one. The facility is clean and well-kept with centers in every classroom and outdoor play areas. New creations has exceeded our expectations of what we anticipated day care to be like. The team is friendly and truly cares about the development of the children. Their care has made a meaningful impact on our son and it’s a no brainer to send our next child there too.

never answers the phone. never emails back. i always physically have had to go into the building to get in touch with a physical person and whats funny is when i get there, i see two or more people sitting in the main office yet when i call, very concerning to see when my child is in there care and i get sent straight to voicemail. they are never open for most of the school year on main brakes the kids have during the year.
