I started our deck replacement project with getting 7 bids. New Creation Decks was the winner, not because they were the cheapest or most expensive (they were not either), but because Mike gave us more information than the other bidders and gladly answered all of our questions. He also provided information the other companies did not like needing to have fire department approval before and after completion.
