From the beginning to the final product, New Creation Decks exceeded our expectations. Mike, their point man for sales, was affable and knowledgeable, but most importantly, he listened to what we wanted. He gave us a fair estimate and stuck to it. He showed us plenty of options, with the pros and cons of each. And finally he coordinated a meeting between us and a former client at their house, so we could see their deck. New Creation Decks were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Cameron, Colton, and the rest of the crew were courteous, professional, and communicative throughout the teardown and rebuild for our new deck. They took great care and pride in their craftsmanship making sure everything was done properly and with our interests in mind. From start to finish, the team at New Creations Decks took excellent care of us and built a beautiful deck. Mike was fantastic to work with while finalizing the plans, and the crew completed the build quickly and with great craftsmanship. Communication was clear throughout the process, and their attention to detail really stood out. We absolutely love our new deck—my only regret is not going bigger!

Thank you, New Creation decks, for building us the deck of our dreams! The entire team was so diligent and hardworking throughout the entire project, from brainstorming and designing to the final walk-through. The team members also were always thoughtful and conscientious in their work around the house, given local wildlife urban interface restrictions, which we appreciated.
