Quality products and workmanship, fair pricing, and hard working, conscientious work crew. They really take pride in what they do and I highly recommend them. Spoke directly with the owner of the company Mike and he answered any and all questions promptly and professionally.
Awful customer service, and dishonest employees.
Customer service is an absolute joke with this company. The actual Amish builders were amazing but the management of this company is HORRIBLE. Impossible to get a hold of, refuses to return calls. I would absolutely not recommend doing any business with them.
I have recently tried to reach New Creations garage builders because I am having issues with my garage roof. It is rippling and not staying flat even when the sun is out as they previously said would happen. They have inexperienced workers doing jobs that they should not be doing. I would recommend using a professional garage company when getting a new roof. This roof isn't even a year old and cost 3300 which I consider a waste of money. My neighbor has had her roof done years ago and it remains in good shape.
5 stars Had this great company demo old garage and complete new garage. Wonderful group to work with. I understand the business and things take time + dealing with difficult counties. Great job. Also like to point out that I have asked them to complete a second project for me.
We had our garage doors reframed and done in November of 2017 by this company. The company "fix it today" garage doors did the door itself and the automatic door opener, which both are the same company. First of all....they didn't put all the bolts in the garage door opener, only 2 of 4. Also the door was only braced fully on ONE side. We only opened this door probably 5-10 times because It was winter. So this spring....april 22...we opened it to take stuff out to put in the yard. Buyer beware- do not use new creation builders New Creation Builders, aka Amish Garage & Roofs run a very unprofessional company. The owner (Michael Cantrell) is terrible to work with, sloppy workmanship and very poor customer service. Everything from the concrete pour to clean up was the worst customer experience.
I want my house to be build by you ...amen .....
