The quality of work performed was fine, but that's about all the positive I have to say. Pricing transparency is almost nonexistent; prior to scheduling, I called to get a quote on an oil change and was given one number which was reasonable for a Lexus dealer in the general area. Service Advisor I dealt with has no business dealing with customers. He is unprofessional, and confrontational. My Lexus is still well under Manufacturers warranty, but all he kept focusing on is me paying a diagnostic fee.
