Don't trust them! Brought my car there 2 twice for service and both times I was charged for fluid top off and they didn't top off anything! Nor did they set the tire pressure! You would think they would at least do that considering you can see what the pressure is at right on the dash! I emailed the service manager twice and received no response. Sucks I have to drive an extra 25 minutes to East Haven for service after I bought the car from this dealership. I don't trust them so I'm not paying their $225 an hour labor rate! ... read more
Easy to get a service appointment. Loaner cars available, when needed. Comfortable waiting area. Dependable service, but at Lexus prices. Jeff is incredible service manager.
