Nice staff, good amenities, and Antonio, my salesperson, was pleasant to work with. Finance kept trying to push for warranties after rejecting them the first time, and I had to negotiate to get somewhat of a fair trade-in value for my old vehicle. However, couple of issues/deficits that came from buying with them. I had a great experience with this dealership. I drove from NJ to look at and test drive the vehicle I was interested in, and from the first moment I stepped into the showroom everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I dealt with Luigi and both he and his sales manager were very professional and accommodating. I told them I had to think about it and I would get back to them and they respected that. Runnnn!! This business is shady and will force you to use one of their banks to get the commission or else they will sell the car to someone else!! I came in pre-approved with my credit union to buy a vehicle. I found a 2022 Lexus ES 350, signed the contract with the sales Manager and was told to pick up the vehicle the next day at 5pm and bring in my credit union check. The people running this place never got the memo that Lexus is supposed to set the standard for customer service, convenience, professionalism, etc. I dealt with this dealership twice (for service) and both experiences were so aggravating that I'm not going back. First time I called to make a service appointment, I had to stay on the phone for 10 minutes answering questions about myself, the vehicle, its history, etc. I show up at the dealership and have to spend the same amount of time answering the same exact questions.
