Excellent service
Very difficult to work with these folks. I bought three new cars in the span of a month from multiple other dealers. Buying a Lexus was the last one on the list. They were very slow to respond and tried to avoid negotiating via email. All the other vehicles I bought I had negotiated in a few emails back and forth, once that was done, I showed up, signed papers, paid, was out the door in 15 minutes with each vehicle. I purchased a used 2016 Audi A3 Convertible on 10/10/2024 from New Country Lexus of Westport CT. The Audi had 57,975 miles and the final price of the Audi was $15,000. On 12/31/24 I was driving the vehicle and the "LOW OIL" light came on. I was immediately concerned. I checked the oil level and it was extremely low.
