If I could rate less than one star I would. I was wanting to buy a Lexus GX I found online. I live out of the state of NY and was unable to see the vehicle in person. On Saturday I called the dealership and spoke with a sales rep. I tried to put money down for a deposit, however the manager said that I needed to wait until photos could be taken after the vehicle was prepped and detailed.
