I bought my car a little over a year ago with Mohammad, and still remember the experience because of how easy he made everything. Super knowledgable, stand-up guy who won't pressure you into a decision for the sake of making a sale. Separately, getting maintenance done here is also great - New Country has one of the few service departments open on Saturdays, and they have a huge (quiet) waiting area on the second floor.

Jamall is amazing! I was just browsing on the Lexus website and building out possible versions that I would be interested in. I was putting in my information to see local dealerships and got a text. I followed up with a question to New Country Lexus of Great Neck. Updated Review 7/25/25– 2 Stars (but really 2.5): I hate that I have to update this review and lower the rating, but here we are. I’m giving 2 stars only because Google doesn’t allow half-stars—and because my sales consultant, Rob, was excellent. He was responsive, professional, and made the actual purchase experience smooth. Unfortunately, the DMV/title process has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I bought my car on 6/27 and was simply transferring my registration—yet as of 7/25, it’s still not complete.
