I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! It is always fun to go there. If I want a wild color they can do it. If I a want a pretty color they can do it. I always feel that they really listen to what I want and are willing to try something new. They have VERY reasonable prices for the quality and service you get. I would give them a try!
Kathy has been "in charge" of my hair for over 16 years! She is fantastic...I have heard about her kids growing up, she knows my family through myself and my mother! My mom drives a hour out of her way to see Kathy! The atmosphere at New Concepts is welcoming...all the ladies working really enjoy what they do.
