Lori Kesler was a fraud in 2008 and I see she is still the owner per reviews. When I had to get an attorney, I saw the application New Concepts used when renters applied. The application was very incomplete, yet it was accepted by Lori. The applicant (who never paid rent and trashed some things) didn't even put where she worked, or any references. I had a no-dog rule due to occasional FEMA floods, but New Concepts allowed 2 huge pitbulls that killed the brand new pet of a neighbor, as well as chickens. The may have kille... read more
