Had the best and easiest experience at New Concepts. Ashley did an amazing job. She explained everything she was doing and why. Everyone there wad super polite and friendly.
Today was my first visit to new concept and it was fabulous. Ashley is amazing at what she does. So knowledgeable and makes you aware of what to expect.. she was doing a color correction on my hair and I am absolutely blown away at what she was able to achieve! The staff are like family not colleagues. I can not wait for my next appointment!
Staff is friendly, accommodating, really listens to what you want and communicates effectively. They helped guide me through the process and were very helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed it and will be back again! Ashley & Tracy were great!
