Poor service. Lack of action regarding maintenance issues. Rude managers. Paid my rent in full to end of the lease. Withholding $1040 from my security deposit return for braking my lease which I did not do. I paid my lease in full.
I wanted to sell my condo, but the last renter had trashed it. I am a widowed female and had no idea where to start or who to call. I was lucky to find the people at New Concept.......they took care of EVERYTHING for me, made sure all the repairs were made on the inside of the house, which included installing new fixtures, flooring, drywall work, sky light replacement, carpet cleaning, new hot water heater (they also handled all the problems with the gas company and all their new restrictions) and even put in a new door fram... read more
