They are amazing to deal with friendly and very helpful.. go out of their way yo help customers.. Will resolve all issues .. the owner tells you to come back if you have any issues an resolves them on site..As long as you bring back the items in question to show where the faults are.. Bought a septum ring here with one of those twist bars. I bought it in May of THIS year, I cleaned it, and put it in a day after I bought it. I've had it in since then to just now, June 13th. As I'm trying to twist it, with the most minimal force, the metal snaps in half... I'm telling you, my goal wasn't to take it out, I was fiddling with it. NO jewelry should be able to snap that easily. You will pay preimum prices for Claires quality jewelry here, do not waste your money ***PICTURES TO PROVE***
