Great group of people to work with - very nice. I had a very good buying experience, test drove the car i was looking for and it met all of my expectations. I spoke with Joe, salesman a few times on the phone prior to visiting the facility. Joe was very polite and helpful. The car he described to me on the phone was exactly on point. We had a very good buying experience, we test drove two cars. It was something wrong with the first car by the time we came back with the second one it was being repaired. So we bought the first one :-) the sales team were very polite and helpful.
Went to NCI because I heard nothing but good things about the repair shop. Im pretty skeptical about auto repair shops because I've been mislead in the past, so I did some research on this one. I originally went for an oil change and a few small fixes and they were more thorough than any other shop that I have been to.
